Junior School Programs

Our Junior School Programs are designed for young students in school groups. Borderlands provides a soft entry into the world of outdoor living and adventure activities. For many students, this will be their first time in a tent and often the first time away from their parents. We take students out of their comfort zones in a safe, controlled environment. Our challenging activities keep students busy and encourage trust and mutual assistance, but at all times we ensure the kids feel safe and secure beign away from home.

Students reside in our riverfront tents at our Kithulgala Riverside Camp. Our tents sleep between three to seven students each. Students will be provided basic camping provisions – a roll mat, pillow and blanket. We have been conducting our Junior School Programs for over seven years with the British School in Colombo. With Borderlands as a home away from away, students will have a blast, and for most it is the highlight of the academic year.
